Over half my workload is designing website mocks for agencies to present to their clients, usually from one to three versions of a homepage design or a homepage/secondary design.
After the design selection and revisions are approved, some agencies slice/code the templates in-house and some have me handle this work as well.
I will normally design in Photoshop CS3 or Fireworks CS3, and I have years of experience in a range of design approaches including corporate, medical, entertainment and web 2.0.
Roughly 25% of the projects I receive include some form of identity design/branding, whether improving a logo, developing a company color scheme or designing business cards as an add-on sale to the project.
